How long after getting a number is it alright to wait?

Got a girls number last Saturday. She texted me the following night late. I said I'm passing out but we should grab a drink soon, she said sounds good. Fast forward to this weekend and here I am sick in bed. There's no way I can go out of my house.

My question is, should I text her and tell her I'll hit her up next weekend or just not text at all and wait for next weekend?
