During A3: male-to-female interest, how to get a girl to DHV us so we may IOI her? Also, how should we IOI her? I mean what IOI. Thank you.

Ask her some questions, or encourage her say something about herself, and then, you can let her know that you find something about her you really like, but it can't be her look or her body. State that you like something about her, in this way, you can legitimately become liking her.
