I have this reoccurring problem not sure wat to do after I get the girls number how to open the conversation the next day.

Your aim is to meet you again, therefore everything should be geared towards SPAM you text her, maybe with some callback humor, so she remembers who you are, then after that you see how compliant she is. If she's investing a lot just ask her out. If not there's anlittle more work to do. Build some rapport and then tell her to come out with you on a specific day at s specific time.
