guys i need to know if my game was good but i was unlucky or i was a total noob and misunderstood everything which is understandable for me after a couple of years of just being a hard working jerk

i went abroad to an eastern country for 9 months now, and i was trying to get dates and S**** but i turned my self into an AFC i was stupidly holding my self, my work schedual is very tight so dating subjects are available only at work , you can easily figure it out when you see the amount of couples there ... at work many girls showed their interest in me but i convinced my self that no one of them deserves me or i deserve better while i wasn't getting any hhhhh (fool me), anyways i had some interest in one girl always smiling to her and she smiles back good eye contact she always suggests to help me out always joking and things but whenever someone talks about how cute we look she says no he is like my brother ... well to be honest i wasn't looking toward her i had other plans in mind plus i wasn't a typical needy available friend for her ... well plans went somewhere else and i am left with no choice i had to test my skills and my confidence in the same time so i started building some sexual tension on her telling her how sexy her lipstick looks or how nice her legs are while pointing that i like others girls asses or boobs (she has small boobies) she started giving me more attention and everytime she can she will start rubbing my hair and say that she likes my curly hair as an excuse ... last week i decided to move so i sent her a message saying that i would be partying with some friends and she can join if she want to (unless work outings we never went outside ) and that she had to confirm at work directly to me during 2 days she escalated her touching and flirting and i was playing cool like i always does like if i did sent no message then when the day came she sent me a message saying that she just received the invitation (yeah right i believe) and that she would love to come ... okey just to not appear very obvious i asked my new wingman to come with me we met her i said well the other people they are busy and i was going to party without them anyways , she seemed cool and we went to club ...
at the club i bought first round of drinks while talking about how one time i had tequila with some common friends then she said well next one is on her and that she will get us tequila ... (good right) after drinking it's dancing time, kino escalation no objection , we sit i try to kino her still objection i m on her waist now , okey i isolated her we went to beach party so she can take high heels off because with them she was a little taller hahaha and started grabbing her toward me and doing the half way kiss thing 2 ,,, 3 ,,, 4 times and everytime she seems hesitating and i just keep cool and go for her neck to kiss it thing that she was okay with oO ?? i was done playing tom and jerry so i took her to a quiet place i told her that i had a great time and that i push her nerves usually at work only because i like her because she is cool enough , then comes "yeah me also i like you as a FRIEND" .... WTF anyways i played cool still we went outside to take taxi i told her that i feel a little drunk and i need to rest my head on her then asked her to keep talking to me to keep me awake ... i sensed that she was thinking too much about something when her phone ringed and a guy who turned out to be her new boyfriend called .. she said to him that she is with some friends and that if he wants to wait for her he can and if he doesn't she will not care ... okey next day of work she seemed very weird and i was confused was my game good enough but had bad luck or was a total disaster and i have to push my self harder
