C) Don't mention anything just see where it goes even with the fact she knows I have GF

Ive been (or i still am) in this "we work in the same place" situation.
I personally think it doesnt matter. If you are a professional you can and you HAVE to separate private from work. So even if you fuck her after work...AT WORK you are just coworkers!! Not more not less.
Its kind of difficult though i know that, but you just cant make a drama at work if things dont work...
