So I'm at the point where I want to start going out but one thing is holding me back.

That's the idea of F-closing. Now don't get me wrong, I'd love to have sex. But I'm being held back because after all I've heard in society I'm kinda scared of possibly getting an std or impregnating girls. Even though I plan to use protection I'm still a little edgy about it.
