Rafc psychology, stop pre-thinking rejection

I'm really learning to observe my own game, I've come to notice that I have a pattern that goes something like this... whenever I think about the possibilities with a certain girl, for example, will she call back? will she want to go out? if I say or do this she will "x." I inevitably will play the video in my head of the WORST possible scenario! and I know that I'm doing that to prepare me for a "softer" rejection kinda like "I saw that coming it's fine...." But I know that doesn't serve me anymore and I should be thinking about what I want to happen, w/o caring about the rejection, and of course with what we know about psychology/nlp, I'm contributing to the rejection!!


I notice this is not for initial contact with girls I seem fine and open to whatever happens there. It's mostly with 2nd and beyond contact, where there's potential for more. I play other "potentials" in my head as well, but that worst one will linger. Even though the "worst potential" does not occur, it probably influences the whole outcome in some way.

Obviously some psychological crap I gotta get over, I'm doing some nightly hypnosis for confidence, anyone else deal with something like this? Is this where nlp, hypnotica, stuff really helps? Any suggestions? Thanks.

Basic meditation will help you control your thoughts and you be able to brush aside all of these worries as they come up.
