Hey guys I need some advice if possible! I work with a girl that I really like, shes a few years younger than me and going to Uni soon. We're quite good friends but I want to take it further. I've been to the cinema before with her a few times, shes come over to watch films in my room etc but its never escalated to anything romantic.

Im on a bit of a deadline here but want to try and pick her up before uni and really like her but have a few obstacles!

1) I work with her so could be awkward?
2) We're friends so im possibly just in the friend zone?
3) Theres 2 other guys that also like her so i'm fighting off competition!

I'm going for a drink with her Thursday night but I think these other two guys will be there two as its the local pub. When I get in a group environment with 2 strong males and we are all trying to impress/be alpha male, I tend to fade into the background and not really control the conversation. I want to be the centre of the convo, giving me DHV's and showing her that i could be more than just a friend, blowing the other two out of the water as well.

Any tips or advice for me??

Not the best situationt! THATS way better! Try to make a nice "DVD evening" happen with her again! So you already know what your mistake was! Thats good. You dont need to do any romantic shit. Just start some soft and nice kino with her! No! Why? Nobody has to know... Probably yes, but if you escalate fast and certain enough this could change really quick. Always keep in mind: There is just a very very thin line between being friends and being lovers. Always reminds if the song "The other side" by Jason Derulo: "All it takes is that one look, that one kiss, that one drink to change EVERYTHING!" And its really true. Are these guys "friends" too? Sure competition is not that great in your case but i guess the key here is to escalate fast enough before one of those other guys does it. Thats how it is. But dont worry maybe she doesnt like them that much. Tell her "watching a DVD" with you would be a better idea What do you mean with that? Do you want a relationship with her or just fuck her? I can only talk for myself but this whole "We are friends and now i only want to fuck you" thing can destroy a friendship...So you better know what you really want. If you guys are real good friends and you only want to fuck i would probably recommend not to risk a friendship and rather find another girl to sleep with. Just my 2 cents...

play the game with her, give her a few mixed signs, go to university as a single, meet girls there, make her jealous by not talking to her as much (eg lots of photos with you and hotties), mack on her when you're back for the end of term

If those two other guys are trying to compete with you and each other all the best for you. You know it and you know how not competing can be a good thing. You come off as more mature not doing stupid things. You show that you're already alpha and you're comfortable in who you are so you don't need to prove anything to anyone. If you get a challenge or something just shrug it off, smile and say "Nah, i'll leave it to you two." then just start talking to the girl as if nothing had happened. If she's interested in you she'll already want to speak with you.

Sounds like you've known this girl for a while and been friendly for a while too. Don't think that you can just flip a switch and change from being a friend to being her boyfriend/fuck buddy. You need to know if she genuinely has some sort of sexual feelings for you and not purely friendly feelings before you go ahead and k-close. Does she act differently around you when others are around? Does she treat you differently to other guys? Does she constantly seek your attention? Does she constantly ask to be near you and invite you out? Does she ditch her friends to be with you?

How about when you touch one another or look at one another? Does she hold gazes? Does she react well to kino? Does she try be close with you when you're alone? More info dude!!

If it's all there and you have a strong belief that she genuinely likes you more than a friend then just AMOG. Be social and if she pays more attention to those two other guys go to the toilet and find some random girl to talk to. Get into the conversation, be interesting and take your time.

Use Kino too, especially if drinks are involved. When you get a pint or something and you come back to the group if you can approach her from behind do it, then slide your hand on her shoulder gently and leave it there as you move into the group.

If you want to be the centre of the convo I think you should "sarge" the boys too. Of course I don't mean you should flirt with them.

Yeah ive used the cube routine before and its worked pretty well so ill try and use it again with the whole group. I'm hitting up the cinema Friday afternoon to see insidious 2 just me and her, so that might be a great way to kino escalate, its just getting the balls to actually do it!

Any tips for it in cinemas as its cheesy as fuck to try and pull in a cinema lol!
