How do you game girls that you already know, when they met you as an AFC, that already kind of know what you're like but they're not attracted.
This is my sticking point right now, I'm in high school and there's a lot of hot girls that I already know, but again, they know me as an awkward chode. I don't have much experience but it seems to be easier for me with strangers. Any advice on this?

I agree that first impressions are very hard to change. But I won't hurt to just play it cool and show them gradually how you have changed.
I've also tried the more aggressive version and tried shocking people with the new me...not in an attention whore of way but just naturally doing or saying something that they would never expect from you...just be careful to not doing something dump or embarrassing...

True but first impressions can be over written if they see the real you. You can always start with Facebook and message her or if you have the number do a bit of texting game. Get a date organized and show your opposite side then your then AFC and believe me they will turn to you.
