Alright, I guess many people here has experienced going out to date, or trying to pick up you feel shit, and not so moody for whatever reason it is.

I for myself has felt my head is shit, and I can't think clearly for couple of days, and I just feel whatever when socializing. It's feel like I don't care.

What do you guys do to switch from feeling shit to be more happy/comfortable?

Any good tips or advice would be appreciated!

There's a bunch of suggestions that are all valid.

1. Power through if you're a real PU and in a slump.
2. Take some "Me Time" and don't stress over anything.
3. Read up on material or books to rehash what you've already covered to be more confident in your game.
4. You shouldn't be caring anyway so.. that's a good thing! ;)

1. What do you mean by that?
2. And How do you define "Take some "Me Time" and don't stress over anything."?
3. I do read some, but still feel shit
4. Yes, but I should care, otherwise I won't take 1 step forward?

If you want to get really good at this, feeling shit or feeling awesome-- sarge. Every day. Every night. Everywhere.

The only times I haven't been able to sarge was when it rained 6 straight days and the flood waters were chest deep. I stayed on the MPUAForum most of the days, reread all of my PUA materials, and did sexting here and there.
