Okay, so the basics. I would say I'm not bad looking (model part time), but naturally introverted, shy, and new to pua other than some good solid reading time. Location is a ski/bike resort during a massive festival.

Its not because she is in a relationship and wants to fuck that she is slutty. I like the given advice, but i think you are a bit too judgemental in this case. What if she is in a good relationship but the sex just sucks (which happens quite often actually)?
