Good afternoon to all and thanks for reading my post, good week to all...




Often is said that a man has to have more iniciative, atitude, humor and energy by opening and talking more in the beggining but also that in confort he should give the word to the woman so she can present and qualify herself to him...
I also read many times that silence is important to keep the tension between the man & woman, my question is how to do it without getting nervous ? If i am alone in a One to One situation i get a bit nervous because it might seem strange or weird for her..........Are there mental training strategies ? How has passed throught this before ?



I am guessing that for those who game direct this would be easier, but for the more experienced ones who frequently take advantage of this technique, what advices would you recommend to try this infield with more confidence ?

For me the answer is simple: take it easy. Think about this: when you are with an old friend you don't need to talk all the time, because you are both secure of your position. Treat a date the same away, with a relaxed attitude. The rest comes naturally.

Nice idea cavalieri.......... Indeed the inner state must be always....she will never change me.






Transport that into the frame and keep the silence..........something like that i guess....
