Hey guys, here's a short story, I've been in college for about a week now, and managed to kind of hook up with a stunner...We were both pretty drunk, but she showed a few IOIs the days leading up to it.

We were in a dorm, and we were drinking, just me and her, we started cuddling, and I was kissing her face and neck, about an hour in she starts to caress my arm and rub my thighs while we are on the bed as I am kissing her neck.
I take her outside, and have my arm around her, we continue to do the same thing, she gets picked up to go home for the weekend shortly after, but before she leaves she says "Thank you babe, and gives me a kiss on the cheek.

At this point, our lips have made no contact, only lips to skin...pretty lame I know...

Today, completely sober,
She wanted to hangout with me, so I come over and she's with another girl, we end up taking a nap on the girl's bed (All three of us on one tiny dorm bed), very intimate, as we are laying there, I am holding her hand and caressing it while we are spooning she then does the same, again no real kissing because the other girl was right there in bed with us (she has a bf, so no threeesome lol)

Later, her and I go to eat dinner at the cafe, we are talking and she's showing IOIs, stroking her hair and such...she tells me she had a bf of a few yrs who she recently broke up with because of college, she say's she wants to be able to have a good time in college. We leave, I drive her to her dorm, before she gets out of the car, she gives me a kiss on the cheek again, I laugh and say "Give me a good one" she smiles and stares so i repeat it, she then says "hahah I don't know", I laugh and say alright (I can't lean in far enough to kiss her myself, but i do hold her chin in my fingers), then, a fucking car honks at us, so she gets out and waves bye with a smile on her face, and I drive away.

Why wouldn't she kiss me, I did try to go for her lips in the car one time but she moved away and started rubbing her teeth with her tongue (we just ate, insecure?). Is she associating kissing in the lips with her boyfriend and thinks that I want a relationship with her?

What should be my next steps, don't tell me to fuck her, this is common sense.

From my experience, when a woman says she just got out of a relationship and doesn't want another one, it actually means that she will hop in to a relationship with the next guy she really likes. She doesn't want to give it all away because she is the "relationship type". Putting the freeze on may leave room for her to meet another guy, who she will cling to and friend zone you. Not sure what your style is, but I would play it confident and a bit indifferent. Tell her exactly what you want, reinforce that she is not a slut, just a normal human with needs. And if she isn't down, just act like it is no matter to you. This way you don't get played with. If she says no, all you can do is put the freeze on and hope cat string theory works for you.

You had better hit it ASAP before she finds someone who will. Don't pay attention to what she says, just go for it.

Next time ur alone with her immediately grab her and throw her on your bed and go to work.
