He can't read her mind or really know why's she's doing it. Maybe she has mixed feelings about him, maybe she's reacting to mixed signals from him, maybe she's hoping he chases her, maybe she doesn't want to sound too eager and it's a defense mechanism, maybe she just craves control. Fact is, it often leads to frustration and confusion. I'm dealing with a girl like that, and if she's acting like that I don't see why I should put myself too far out there, when all I'm getting from her is confusion. Any ideas how a guy should play her game, and turn the game around? Just be completely honest, or play along?

If I want to play, of course I can't eat it up when she decides to flirt. Jumping on every opportunity/tease she throws will do nothing that change the dynamic. Any suggestions?

If you do this, you will be flipping the script. Girls will now wonder why you're sending mixed signals. They will not be able to sleep for several nights thinking about you, work harder to earn your attention, treat you nicer, etc.

Recognize that she has Borderline Personality Disorder, and that she is completely unfit for a relationship.

She's in your head, that's what they do with the Hot/Cold thing. Same type of girl who will break up with you, get back together, break up, get back together constantly.

If you have to fuck her, pump and dump. Otherwise you're in for a serious headache.
