I work in a professional office environment and I'm considered one of the leaders in the office. 85% of the people that work with me are females. None of them being 9s or 10s but they are 8s at most due to how successful they are at their work. I'm very well respected by all of the women and we all are in the comfort zone with each other. We do not flirt or anything but we are comfortable enough to talk about off the wall topics that wouldn't exactly be work appropriate. I recently started noticing that when a majority of them talk to me they start covering up their breasts. Although they never where low cut shirts that show their cleavage, they still take their sweater or shall and pull them over their breast when they talk to me. I always look them straight in the face when they are talking to me and my eyes never go off to look else where but for some reason they always cover up their breasts. Why do you think this is?

Interacting with people above you is always a little discomforting. Are they like readjusting their bras? Or are they actually just crossing their arms? Next time they do it again, notice what other parts of their bodies are doing. Like their feet, legs and torso. Are they fidgeting? Do they sound nervous when they do it. Never isolate one gesture.
