i met this girl in college i stop her and ask her normal question about the college so she think i will register
she offer help and give me her phone number and she told i dont have alot of classes in Monday
after awhile i called her told her iam coming to the register department and i can me her she said fine
i couldn't make it on time so i tell her i am waiting in the cafeteria instead of the register department she said ihave to go home i message her (after all that wait) she told me OK met me outside and she over a ride home
after i met her she ask me where i live i told her not in this city i am going to the train station we talk alot and i made her laugh like she never did i felt that she was trying to make the conversing longer by driving to slow
any why i made my move and i put my hand on her leg (that's always work for my )but she didn't response in any way we say good bye and i told her will keep in touch she smile and i go <after a while i call her i feel she talk to me like not welcoming and after that things end
now my question what i did wrong and is there any IOI from her and what the better next to do next time

Hey mate don't worry about ioi's. My mindset is if I see a girl that I like I go talk to her whether she showed interest or not. Some times it works sometimes it doesn't oh well that's life. Aside from that it sounds like you did everything fine. She didn't take to you touching her leg all that says is you need to get her more comfortable with you. I'd Don't crowd give it a day then when you see her ask her if she would like to get a coffee with you. Or if she's driving you home ask her then. Anyway good luck hope that helps.

She doesn't seem to be taking to your advances so I'd just play it cool for now. If she changes the subject when you ask her out don't keep asking its not gonna get you anywhere. Instead go to the appointment get her to help you register just have a casual convo with her then when you leave just say Thanks (her name) have a good day. If you see her around talk to her casually, but also don't let the world revolve around this girl either game other girls to. If she sees that it'll increase your value, but just have a few casual convos with her to build comfort before you ask her out again.
