I've been born and raised in Iowa and I'm not an outdoors guy at all. My degree sits me at a desk and I enjoy learning to dance, watching anime, playing video games, or reading. Average guy stuff but nothing outside.

So apparently most girls here love a cowboy type. Which aren't hard to find since farms are everywhere and many people grew up in towns of less than 1k people or less. This also colors their life experiences. It's easy to find a girl who hunts, fishes, and like to go muddin' with the guys. The problem is the indoorsy type and trying to pick up the sexy redneck chick. A good percent of them don't date non-white which I kinda get since they may not have actually seen another race but maybe once in their life. Or they may have known the only non-white in their community.

Any advice on how to deal? As of now I can't really leave so packing up isn't an option just yet lol.

Change your mindset. That means you have to work harder but it doesn't change anything.
