The Age Gap

I'm curious what your thoughts are.

When is a man too old to date a younger woman? At what point is it frowned upon by society's standards for a an older man to be dating a younger woman? For example, a 40 yr old man w/ an 18 yr old woman, or a 60 year old man with a 25 year old woman.

I can't speak for all societal standards, since most of them are different depending on individual perception, but I wouldn't be against any age differences. Would I look at a 40 year old with an 18 year old relationship and think something funny? Yeah, but I was raised in a society where women tend to use men for money, so that's my initial reaction.

All I can really say is it depends on what ppl percieve as wrong. What one person thinks is socially unacceptable will be acceptable to the next person. Also as they get older the age gap becomes less of an issue. I know a. Girl that's 3yrs younger then me 1st time I met her she was 16 I was 19 I thought that's too much, but she had a major crush on me. Years go by I am 26 she's 23 she still has a crush on me so I called her up. Anyway mate that's my 2cents and that's about all its worth lol.
