Usually I interact with girls only when my sexual desire is on. However, when my sexual desire is on, my sexual desire(or neediness) is also telegraphed during the interaction, girls will sense my sexual desire(or neediness), but when my sexual desire is off, I don't want to interact with girls. Please help.

Well the obvious answer: talk to girls when you're not horny too. Also, being horny is not the same as being needy.
