Hello I'm a 17 year old that has grown frustrated with girls.
I got rejected and LJBFed last year and it has taken its toll on me.
I am currently reading the Game and I was just wondering if you guys could give me some tips on how to get started ?
And does this PUA shit actually work?

I'm not a master at any of this, but yes it works. It's not a one size fits all kind of thing though so you will have to do some experimenting and figure it out for yourself though.

The game is a great book, I read it cover to cover in a single day when I first picked it up because I was so interested in it. But things have moved on quite a bit since it was written, and there are many other PUA's out there that will preach different methods, but the fundamentals remain largely unchanged. Improve yourself, don't be needy towards women, keep them interested, don't jump through their hoops, escalate, kino all the good stuff.

If you really want to dive in then I'd recommend starting out with an opening challenge. There are many challenges like this where you try to open a certain number of girls or "sets" in a time frame. Set yourself a goal and stick to it.

Yes, it works. But it works because every "technique" is just an imitation of successful men's behavior. I recommend that you try to find how every technique fits in naturally. Watch "normal" people and compare. The more you learn, the more you will realize that you will get several techniques for free just by having the right attitude, because that's what it's all about.

I recommend that you start by getting over your AA. Then outer game stuff like body language, tonality, eye contact, kino.

Then learn how to approach without being rejected. It may seem impossible, but it's not. It's all about not having an agenda, aka "outcome independence", and approaching indirectly by "gaming the whole event", not focusing on anyone special. Just talk to everyone and everything.

My final recommendation is to learn about pacing and leading in order to build rapport. It will make it possible to connect with people before you even approach them. It will also make you realize what a burden it is to build rapport with someone who is very different to you, and how incongruent you have to be in order to do so (and thus fail getting laid with that girl). This will in turn make you realize what kind of girls to approach from the beginning, making you more efficient and more selective.
