Hi,

  I am a newbie from India (in my 30s), in USA now, looking for some travel advise in this forum. I will be on a weeklong vacation this September( start), and looking to bang some 7s(dont mind better either )

Some of the possible choices I have, (alongside what I have heard about the places) ,are:
Cebu, Philippines: (heard its easy out there, but most are "professionals" --- mostly in the mango drive)
Manila, Philippines: (same as cebu, but much more upscale)
Cancun, Mexico: (I am in 30s and dont have a British/ American accent, heard it is little more family oriented past spring break)
Playa del carmen, Mexico:( not much clue about, have anyone gone there recently?)
Rio, Brazil: (dont know Portuguese, is that an issue?)
Mallorca, Spain: (heard its a little more "approachable" version of Ibiza which is bad for non europeans, but is it good for the non whites?)
Margarita, Venezuela:(no idea, but exotic women and lush green and beachfront comes to mind )

The issue I am considering are, I am neither loaded with money, nor do have a western accent. I know "frommer's" Spanish,  but not like a native. Which of these location will be most suitable for me? Any other location I am missing?

Looking for experienced people to give me some advice.

Also, do you guys avoid the all inclusive hotels as they most likely arent guest friendly? Any recommendations for places to stay?
