I am a 33 year old male and after a couple of rejections by the last two women I have been seriously into,
I have lost the ability to initiate any sexual conversation or contact. There is a barrier I can't seem to get past.
It's been a couple years since I have had sex and, I am working hard to get back to that point.

I am currently seeing (or I guess you could call dating) a girl I met online. Tuesday will be the 5th date. She is a pretty shy type girl, pretty quiet and not aggressive at all. I finally got up to making out with her in the car after the last date but didn't push it any further. We are having a day date at the beach this upcoming week and would like to get going with some sexual stuff. I haven't even been able to text (sext) or get the conversation going to sex. For some reason after my last couple of rejections I have lost the ability to do so. The last girl I was really seeing and was sexual with was aggressive so it was easy.

What should I do to get the ball rolling next week? Making out progressing to oral or sex would be what I want obviously but getting bast that barrier is tough.

This is pretty personal, but are you getting erections, how often do you masturbate? If you generally have no sexual desire, you need to see a doctor. If it's an emotional thing, there's no rule that says you have to have sex by the 6th date. You, and anyone else male or female, are allowed to take as long as you want to have sex. It's okay if your pace is slower, this girl is sticking around, she obviously likes you. Just do what you're comfortable with.
