Is there any books that handels what conditioned us to be afraid of talking to women and to think of polygamy as bad?

"handels"? I don't understand you.
People always were afraid of new things, everything which is new we are afraid of it, it's a logical process that our brain is trained to trick us.
You have to experiment it then you'll not be afraid.
