Met this girl today on the street. Textesd back and forth a bit and then suggested we meet for coffee after 5pm either wednesday or thursday.
She avoided the question and started asking me qualification questions. I tried to reframe that I was qualifying her that she wasn't just trying to steal my money.

Then I asked again, she instead asked me another question, so I told her she had to answer my question first. She said she wasn't sure if her friends wouldn't call her up for dinner since that's when she usually eats. I said she could make her friends wait a little bit.

She responded she normally has class then eats then goes straight to the dorm and stays there...
How to respond?

It sounds like you're making the common mistake of playing this petty back and forth game with girls. You're behaving and texting just like a girl so she is giving you the "run around". The trick is to be a man and lead her, take her on an adventure; you're not going to go back and forth with her over minor details. There is a bigger picture here; and that is all the experience and value you can easily add to her life.

You can't reason with someone that isn't rational and you can't present logic to the illogical. Women operate on emotions not reason. Besides, do you think if you reason with her to go out with you and she finally caves in, you guys are going to have a good time or will it be awkward? People want to be happy doing what you ask; step out of her reality and stop playing this game.

"Be free Thursday at 5 because I'm kid napping you! " - thats how you start the conversation.
