I work at Subway and right before I was about to leave a beautiful girl pulled up in a Honda accord. I took her order and began to make her Sandwich.

Girl: Do you like working here
Me: It's all right, you just have to deal with some interesting characters every now and then.
Girl: I used to work at the subway at ....so and so...
Me: Did You like it?
Girl: I hated it.
(I noticed that she had a beautiful dress on, so I asked her if she was going to a party or something)
Girl: No. I work at Lizard Thicket(Dress Store)
Me: Wow, they make you dress like that?
Girl: I always dress like this

Anyways the point is that I let her walk out of the store when I could tell she was interested in me, and I don't even know her name. All I know is that she was about to go to work at that store. What should I do? Should I go there? Should I wait for her to come back? I feel like a fucking idiot.

Go to the store and ask her out for a coffee.

Say something along the lines of: "On a second thought, I appreciated our little chat, so let's grab a coffee."

It's actually better because it seems as if you thought about her later during the day, and thought she was something special, and didnt just walk into the Subway like a PUA with the intention of picking up a girl. go for it.

Hey mate I've been there before. What I will tell you is if you go to see her while she's at work you gotta be on your game and confident. There's no room for stumbling around and half assing it. If she comes into subway even somewhat often I would wait a day or 2 and see if she comes back. With that being said don't wait too long and have her forget about you. If you go into the store and she's there its gonna be obvious why you're there and its not to buy a dress. So be confident and direct as you will most likely have a limted amount of time say something like.
