I'm actually an alright guy, but I'm very reserved and come off as a little stiff and quiet sometimes, which as you guys probably know doesn't help much with women. I'm looking for guides to being more high energy, be more comfortable / high fivey / louder etc.
would be good to understand how to make good conversations etc. too
I'm sure there must be guides to this kind of stuff on this site but I've looked around a few hours and not really found much
Can anyone recommend any good guides or articles?
