Well, im sick of failing it with girls, so will someone please in detail explain to me what and how to run the game on a girl you already know, and don't know. I know the steps but im not sure how to use them in the correct order or use them at all... so if someone could basically explain to me the skeletal structure of this, that would be very helpfull.

Most likely, this girl you already know has already made her decision about you. You gotta build up some experience with new girls. Online dating is a great way to get some experience under your belt, in addition to the obvious methods of approaching women when going out etc. When you have some experience and you find out what kind of game works for you with women, then we can help you. Right now, you need to go out there and meet girls.

You can't really run game in that sense that you're thinking on girls that you already know, but until you work out your own style the general structure is:

Select a target

Approach

Open

mid game / routines (dhv stories/games, so on)

phase shift / kino / physical escalation

emotional bonding

and I haven't really made it past that yet but that should get you off the ground.
