Also, I have close to 0 AA when i approach complete strangers...
the problem in this case is that, even though i don't normally have AA, I have asked this girl out before... two years ago, and I got turned down [LJBF]
To put it simply, when i asked her out, I was a WBAFC... so, I now have much more confidence, and more social value, and we are still friends... we don't hang out unless we're with a good sized group of people, but I see her everyday in school and at school events...
Heres what I know I need to do:
Be confident and direct in my body lang. etc.
I'm 95% sure that I should isolate her when I ask her, I'd rather not ask her in front of a group of people.
Build up some more comfort and a little bit of attraction by being C&F...
So, any advice on asking her to prom?
I'm honestly thinking about talking to one of her friends to see what she thinks of my situation... do you guys think that could benefit me?
Thanks in advance!
[BTW, I HATE how it's necessary to ask a girl to prom over a month in advance.... it sucks... a lot could happen in a month]

(my opinion is don't use an opinion opener). Stack some material, build some comfort, maybe bounce out of school and over to an isolated venue where once her buying temperature's good, replace a kiss close with "shit, I just remembered the prom's coming up! how fun would it be if we went together?" and be sure to have escalated to a lot of kino by that point. If she says, "No" be sure to be absolutely unaffected and stack to something else, this could at least salvage the progress you've made, allowing you to ask again at a later date when you know she'll say yes.
I apologize if that seems too complicated for one simple question. I know a million ways that you could ask her to the prom but that's the one way that I know you could ask her and have the odds greatly in your favor of her saying yes.
Good luck, man!

my problem is that... I can be empathetic at times that arent beneficial for me... for example i know for a fact that a lot of girls say yes to go to prom w/ a guy just b/c they feel bad if they say no... so, i obviously don't want her to say yes just because she was asked if she really doesnt want to go w/ me... like i dont want it to be some pitty prom date shit... so if anyone's got any more ideas...
ill be continuing the stuff i mentioned as well as some of the initial stuff that Fact talked about in the meantime
