I used to work with this girl a few years ago. We always flirted at work, but at the time I had a gf. Now, I am single, and ran into her a few times. She works at a bar now, and after work she comes and drinks with me. Well later that night I ask her out, and she says to ask her again later. I am assuming she didn't think I was serious since I was a bit tipsy (not sloppy or anything like that).
So the next day I ask her again, and she says "she would absolutely love that, but I just got out of a horrible relationship and I am not sure if I am ready to date just yet."
Now, I am pretty positive she is into me, and I know she was recently in a relationship (didn't know it was a bad one though). So guys, what should my response be to this situation? Could use the help, thanks.

I would let her know that you're not out to put any pressure on her or rush her into anything. You just want to spent some time with her because you enjoy her company and want to get to know her more.
And make the dates more casual so she feels even less pressure.

Hope that helps.
