Does anyone else keep a journal of approaches and where they succeeded/failed? I find it helpful to try to pinpoint exactly where I screwed up, but then again, I probably have OCD. :mrgreen:

Yes, I do very similar. I always keep a journal and write down exactly how my approaches and interactions with women have gone.

Doing this forces you to better remember the dialogue that you are having with girls you meet and it will help you remember things more clearly and be aware of what things you must work and improve on.

I was doing that, but now I am intentionally do not doing that.

The reason is, I use the same opener and make the same dialogue with a different mindset and confidence level, and voilà, everything changes.
