LOL dude... that guy is a person who makes YouTube videos. They are meant to be funny... Not taken seriously.

You aren't getting rejected. You are rejecting the girls because you are creeping them out in someway. If you give me some more info or an example of what happened during an interaction, I will be able to tell you where you fucked up.

approach 1: I said "I like the way you look" she said "thanks" I said "do you have a minute?" she said "I am in a hurry, sorry" I said "bye"

approach 2: I said "you look nice. I want to meet you. what's your name?" she smiled, thought for what seemed an eternity, then said "no, that's ok" and walked away. as she was walking away, I said "am i not your type?" she didn't answer, just continued walking. When I said you look nice, I was looking at her cleavage, maybe that's what creeped her out.

I think my energy is not right, or I sound drunk? (i can assure you i am fully sober when doing this)

lol dude if you're looking at her cleavage while you say she looks nice then yes, I think that may come off as creepy or perverted. Look into her eyes when you say it next time.

Also, saying "you look nice" is kind of weird...just tell her she's pretty or beautiful or cute or whatever. "I like the way you look" is kind of awkward sounding.
