Hey MPUA,

So I have some bad oneitis for a girl who's been nothing but a straight bitch the 5 months I saw her. I actually am starting to believe I hate this girl for the emotional crap she put me through. One week telling me she loves me to the next hating me. Well we've been no contact for about 2 weeks now after she blew me off yet again and I really want to get over this girl but she keeps popping into my head. I have no rose tinted memories of her either, only negative.

I think my issue stems from a need to "win" if that makes sense. I feel that Ive lost and have the lower hand. It doesn't help that I've apparently become unable to stop myself from checking her social media so I'm starting to wonder if deleting her off facebook would be a good call. First off she will never message me again if I delete her. Second it stops myself from checking up on her etc. Im only afraid that it will seem childish if I do delete her. This girl made me beta as hell.

Another issue is starting in 2 months I literally have to be in a room with this girl 5 days a week for 8 months... I've certainly learned alot from this. DONT get emotionally attached with classmates is a big one.

Anyone have any advice on how I can move on in these circumstances?

This is about YOU vs. your EGO. You recognized this all on your own, remind yourself of it each time you feel yourself pining for her. You can't possibly love this person, you're just infatuated or obsessed with the idea of 'winning' something that seems so elusive. You'd do the same for a bag of donkey sh*t if you felt you had to have it.

No its not you definitely need to delete her. Its obvious that you have limited self control when it comes to this girl. Keep going no contact with her and delete her off of everything in which you know you could contact her with. Start gaming many other girls to get this chick off of your mind.

Do the opposite of oneities ... which is ... (drum roll please) ... Get more girls ^_^. More girls will result in you not thinking about her all the time ... will change your behaviour to your cherish to be not beta ... you are willing to lose her and move on ... which ironically will make you more attractive and draw her into you ....

It's amazing what having abundance mentality can do for your game!

If doing a behaviour is not bring you results ... do the opposite. It's really simple really ... seriously you'll win if you get abundance!
