Hey everyone! I'm a 23 year old male who has been "on the prowl" for the last three years trying to meet women. I've had varied levels of success, but am really just not satisfied with where I'm at. The plus side is I've probably slept with about 50ish women in the last three years. Only about 5 or 6 of them were people I met through work/school/friends though. The rest of them are all from PoF and OKCupid. Also, a good deal of those girls were really not up to my standards looks wise and so nothing to really be proud of.

I think I have a lot of potential, but I'm just really in a big rut. I'm 5'10 and 145 pounds so I'm definitely on the thinner side. I know gaining some weight could work wonders for me, but I would rather not devote myself too much to working on my physical attributes. I have a good face, nice eyes, and relatively good sense of style. Basically I want to stop banging 5's and 6's and start nailing some 7's and 8's. Not too much to ask, right?

One of my biggest issues is that I'm a huge introvert and don't have many close friends. I don't have anyone to go out to the bars/clubs with and completely lack the confidence to go solo. That's why the online game has been a boon to me because I'm a pretty attractive guy and girls can't tell from looking at my pictures that I'm a loner.

I've tried finding a persona that works for me and makes me feel confident, and I've settled on one recently but it needs some work or a complete overhaul. I'm still doing my undergraduate studies but when I meet girls I tell them I'm a grad student in Law School. I have studied a lot of law so I can talk the talk also. I use sophistocated language seamlessly and get girls to sometimes even ask me, "haha what does that mean? I feel stupid"

My hope is that by doing this, I impress them in several ways. First of all, it is apparent that as a prospective lawyer I have a great career ahead of me. By using a fair amount of "big words" I command a certain degree of respect. I can't pull off the "I'm a bodybuilder, feel my pecs!" vibe because it just doesn't work with my frame. But maybe by being an articulate law student who won't be apologetic or dumb himself down, I can make it work?

I've had varied success. The downfall could be that it intimidates girls and makes them want to avoid talking to me. In the past this has backfired and given off a "nerdy" vibe which is what I want to avoid. Like the main character of the Big Bang Theory for example. I don't want to be a socially unaware goofball.

And stronger in appearance to women when you are proud and truthful

I'm going to agree with the last poster. You should just be honest with them and yourself. If you do find success with a false persona will you really feel successful? I'd say just be yourself. If you need to take a little alone time to reflect. Find a way to truly build your self confidence. Get a new passion or hobby. Once your confidence is there the chicks will come to you.
