nervous coming up to it,a few questions need be answered.

Stop watching that Simple Pick-Up bullshit. They are just marketers... Work on building a more and more attractive lifestyle for yourself. Talk to as many girls as you can. Escalate sexually. Keep pushing until you get told to fuck off or leave... It's creepy as shit to chase girls down like they do. It screams desperation. Get the reference experience. Try again next time. Stop being out come dependent. I can tell that you are going out with a goal to get X amount of phone numbers or whatever... Fuck all that. Just talk to people and push each interaction as far as you can.

Most people aren't paying any attention to you and what you are doing. Everyone is so wrapped up in their own little world, they hardly notice what is going on around them. And if so who cares if a girl sees you talking to another girl? Theres more girls out there.

Approaching is easy. Make sure you make piercing eye contact. Don't open your chest to the group until the conversation hooks and they want you to stay. Be chilled out and cool (not running up to girls from across the street like those simple pick up goons do... again, that screams desperation.) and look for approaching signals that she wants you to talk to her. A good way to get pumped up full of energy is to be a positive person by living a lifestyle that is positive. Thats developing an attractive lifestyle. People who live positive lifestyles attract people. They naturally give off a positive energy. People who live negative lifestyles repel people. They naturally give off a negative vibe. Are you doing what you want with your life to make yourself happy? If not, start doing it.

Give your real name. Ask yourself, "Why would I give a fake name?" Unless your name is Quasimodo, and you're not 9, don't give a fake name.
After you close the deal.
You're coming from a bad place with that question.
1. You're already assuming the girl won't be interested.
2. Don't make your process a systematic event. Don't approach recycle, approach recycle- you'll just look like a homeless person asking people for money. If for some reason your conversation isn't flowing, and you're doubting the fact that you'll be at least able to get a cold number, tell her you're going to go meet up with your friend but you hope you'll see her later.
If you're going to follow the MM model, there is a method to approaching. I don't suggest it, but look it up if your heart desires. You mentioned The Game, so I assume you know about it.
There are many good openers to use. There is a whole section in the forums especially for it. Make sure "Hi" is one of them you hard trying fuck.
Don't be a fucking energizer bunny. If you're so mellow that you're going to be slurring your speech, drink some coffee.
