I was talking to this girl who I am sleeping with regularly and asked for some feedback on how come I am outlasting the other people she is seeing (just really curious, been about 4 months since we have been hooking up). She said my approach was different from the rest of the guys. She told me that they played the emotional angle early on, talking about themselves and sharing and trying to get that emotional reaction with her. Of course, some did work she admitted but I didn't really do that. I apparently came on with an edge early on, being a jerk early on and then started opening up slowly. It was reverse for the other guys. Apparently, this intrigued her.


Now that I think about it, wouldn't it just be easier to open up like those other dudes? Seems like it works anyway? It really isn't my style though, but these dudes were in the comfort stage if I have to use Mystery lingo.
