Approach the HB.
Me: Hey can I ask you a question?
HB: (hopefully) Sure.
Me: I have been thinking about this for a while now and i just can't figure it out. what do you think would be the best way to approach a girl at the library?
i am hoping she would giggle and give a scenario how she would want to be approached.
HB: Gives scenario
Me: "Oh thats a good one, thanks"
then like 5-10 minutes later go up to her and do exactly what she had previously stated. She should get a good laugh out of it.
What does every one think?

You can use this, but to twist it up just immediately say "Are you serious? That's how you would want it? You're adventurous." say it in cocky and funny. Then go into routine, threads, and displaying your personality. You already opened her, so no need to go away and come back to re-opened...She may not even be around.

Seems like normally if i actually do get introduced to girls (since i dont approach too often) my sarcasm gets them, even without routines
and thanks for the input

The main problem I've found so far is the whole being quiet rule. When I'm at the library and I make even a little noise I'm like "oh shit" and look around to see if anyone is pissed. I'd be concerned that the girl I'm talking too is worried about the same thing and as we're talking she might try to end the conversation quick.
