Hi
Since I have been an introvert for 18 years of my life, my conversation skill still lacks..as a result, I've been putting more emphasis on non-verbal kino escalation as Gambler demonstrated many times.

Could anyone link me any good reading materials, video links, and whatever that can be helpful for my conversational skills and verbal game?

Thank you so much, this will mean a lot for me!

I'm an introvert too, but I can get really talkative.
some things that work for me and might help...

do you have female friends? if not, find them or maybe start with girls in
your social circle. Talk with them a lot, the pressure should be lower then
the cold approach and it makes you get more comfortable with talking.
ask female friends out and ask them to take her friends with her. being
surrounded be girls makes the talking to all girls over the evening
more smooth.

listen
listen very careful to people, you'll find many subtleties that are interesting
in what they say you can react on.

advice
ask them for an advice while in conversation. people love to give advice, can be
about anything.

introverts have often very interesting things to say. they thought about stuff.
don't hesitate to talk about stuff you really are interested in. if you miss interesting
stuff in your life, fix that first. if people feel your enthousiasm it pulls them in your world. girls love that.

aaah, now I think of it, I know what you should check out:
Kezia Noble with her: "10 hook lead system" and her "deep connection" video's !!

good luck! :)

Hey man, was in the same situation when I was 17, was largely overweight for my school life but got myself down to a good 12 stone and got myself fairly toned thanks to my sis bf working at a gym and being a proper legend. Obviously with this reduction in weight and increase in muscle I started gaining attention from the girls but still found it difficult to function within conversations. First of all, don't give up! Here's a couple useful tidbits:

1: Girls aren't amazing conversationalists. Girls are insanely good at talking with other girls about random crap for hours on end but when approached by a boy most girls will find it hard to actually think up something to talk about because they feel equally as awkward. Don't assumed rudeness or silence is them being rude or not wanting to talk to you. Girls are VERY good at looking beautiful whilst being very shy and hiding it behind a veil of bitchiness/niceness. Just keep going with the conversation, ask question, ask advice. Sooner or later she will feel comfortable enough to respond in a natural way, happens a lot quicker if you add in kino.

2: Don't assume because you're the guy you should do all the talking. In fact sometimes pretend you're not even listening, throw her brain for a ride with little statements, good cheesy standard example.

Her: blahblahblahblahblahblahdeblahblahblahblahblah
Me: *Just staring at her eyes.*
Her: Are you even listening to me.
Me: Nope
Her: what the fuckk blahblah..... < cut her off by going for a k-close.

3: If you are having a conversation just pick up on individual words and maintain the conversation using them. Standard example:

Me: So where do you work.
Her: Oh I'm a hairdresser in town, long ride on my bike but the pay is worth it.
Me: Oh so you ride a bike to work, sweet!
Her: Yeah I love riding.
Me: Oh fair, well on sunday its meant to be a lovely sunny day. Lets go for a bike ride.
Her: haha I barely know you.
Me: Yeah you're right, all the dangerous guys invite girls for bike rides. <leads in to flirtatious banta.
