I'm going on a date with a girl I met online, my profile says I live in Vegas but I'm actually from Canada, and I totally forgot to mention it. Any suggestions for how to break it to her without seeming incredibly sketchy? Thanks

The girl could probably care less less where you live. It's in your head. Don't tell her until she asks you. When she does say you live in Canada, if she asks you why it says you live in Vegas just say in a nonchalant manner "I just love vegas" and just move on to the next topic. Its not really that serious.

I would tell her. It would be better to find her intentions and not waste your own time. For all you know, this girl could be looking for a boyfriend from her online account. Her expectation would be to go on a date with you and then see you again 2 weeks later. I'd tell her because you're basically qualifying her for the situation. If after you tell her she says she doesn't want to get together, you know you saved yourself a wasted night and some money on some girl you don't care about. If she say's she doesn't care and wants to hang out, you know you're going to be getting together with a cool girl that you might hook up with.
