Um not sure about this one, but should i pay for a girl that im taking with me to go see a play. I plan on getting dinner after wards but im not sure about this one. If i dont buy the ticket and dont buy her food i think i might come off a little cheap. The only reason i think this is because we have dated before and kissed before so its not like she is someone i just met. Opinions needed.

Are you planning on moving the sitiation to A2/3? If not, slow down on the dinner part. Perhaps go get some drinks afterward to talk, it will be hard with food in your mouth. If you are hungry, hold it out till you get home. If she is hungry and make a suggestion to go eat, then she is inviting you splitting the cost or she will cover it. This happen to me once, I went out with a girl to a play and after I said "Let's go for a drink", she said "I am a bit hungry, let's go get sushi".

At the end she offer to pay, even I was going to. That's because the play was free. You can't be paying for everything all at once, in one night. She didn't earn that much points for such reward...so have her earn it.

If she make suggestion on eating after the play, then say "I didn't bring enough money for this" or "I only have $10 bucks left, and I left my credit cards at home tonight". See how it goes. You can tell some things from a girl if she wants too much, too soon...

my theroy is whoever suggests it pays it, you probably should pay for the play but for dinner should be 50/50 its really your call is this your first date with her
