need qualifier for being genuine

That guy in simplepickup says you have to have a quality that you care about, and then ask the girl something about it. For example, if you like adventurous girls, you can ask "what are some things that you have done that are adventurous?"

well, I like girls that are genuine. Girls that are not fake. and girls that are not materialistic.
what kind of questions can I ask to qualify her with respect to these traits? I cant just ask "are you genuine?"
