Hi, I am gaming this one girl in school(HB 8.5) and I really like her. She sorta looks like Dita Von Teese, and she's very hot.

She's a very nice, non-bitchy and kind girl, but while texting, she mentioned that she doesn't kiss a guy unless she looks forward to having a relationship with him, and that she is not easy. I don't necessarily want to date her, since she will be leaving the country in 2 months.

Does what she said matter? What kind of a tactic would you recommend for this kind of girl?

Just say "ok" then totally ignore it then precede to game her until you have enough attraction for a FC. Once the attraction is there she will post rationalise it as chemistry.

Did you ask her anything about kissing or did she just bring it up? If she just brought it up it's a strong IOI. It means she's thinking about kissing you and setting you up for it. She just wanted to set a precedence for you to understand where she stands on being kissed. It may or may not actually be true, but that was what she wanted you to understand. Kiss her next time you see her, or at least try and see what happens.
