Last night I met up with a group of friends who I hadn't seen in a while that are good friends with my ex-girlfriend. I got on really well with my ex's best friend and we caught up and also joked about how everyone around was getting married. She's single as far as i'm aware, as am I.

I was thinking of messaging her to sound her out and see if it could lead to a meet up. Do you guys have any suggestions for messages/routines?

As a little side note background the footballer, Michael Ballack, was at the bar we caught up at and I joked with her let me introduce you to someone.
