It has been scientifically proven that intense sustained eye contact effects a sort of cognitive block which not only makes you more endearing to the other person but also increases your influence over them. This technique has helped me tremendously. Project and express emotions through your eyes and maintain eye contact during conversations. I would also advise slight squinting ala clint eastwood as this is a masculine physical trait. Try it but beware not to get lost inside her eyes

Even if the original post wasn't super clear you guys are slow for making fun of him for it instead of asking him what he means. You must be on drugs if you were unable to determine the poster was talking about eye contact in the original post.
