I seem to be struggling with eye contact.. is there a point where your holding too much eye contact and your possibly making the other person uncomfortable? or is this feeling im getting perhaps just abit of sexual tension building as a result?

I believe establishing and then maintening eye contact is essential in any human interaction be it work related (talking to your boss, during an interview), talking with female and male friends and potential game targets. If you are unable to make and keep eye contact at all times or at least frequently you are not engaging with whoever is infront of you.

Of course you must be both engaging in a conversation to keep eye contact otherwise it would be just weird like staring at someone and googling your eyes out.

The kind of eye contact which builds sexual tension and one which you would employ for your target instead of say during a job interview is the "triangular gazing".

Ultimately for me getting eye contact from someone creates engagement, intimacy and shows me the other person is confident and friendly.
