I just wrote this article about sorting out your basics, if you want to meet the hot girls.

I'm posting it here because I think there is a lot of misinformation, and probably well meaning but bad advice on what it takes to be able to get the best girls in competitive environments like London, LA, etc.

Thanks! I am older, and I pretty much have that stuff all sorted. I need decent clean clothes and in my work environment. I am old, and have a family history of heart attacks. So, I watch what I eat, and walk daily and ride my bicycle occasionally, and have a Weider Max exercise machine that I should be using more. I'm in pretty good shape for 50.
