I was posting on thread where some guy was confused because a girl stopped communicating with him. One of the replies he got said "maybe she is just busy".

I decided to start my own thread on this subject because too many guys rationalize things with this line.

In short...NO GIRL IS EVER TOO BUSY TO CONTACT SOMEONE THEY ARE INTERESTED IN.

Even if someone is working 15 hours a day, they still have time to eat, go to the bathroom, sleep, etc. Who hasn't texted while laying in bed, sitting on the bathroom, or while eating?

Where there is a will...there is a way.

It may be painful to admit the girl isn't interested in you. However, it is even worse to delude yourself into thinking she is "just too busy" to respond.

even if i agree, it should be said that there are instances where one can be really stressed out and you simply dont want contact with anyone. that being said, this is the exception and usully only lasts a few days. so at the end of the day, as she correctly stated: where there is a will, there is a way..

Couldn't disagree with the poster more. If a girl is a 'short-fuse' (minimally to moderately interested), it is quite possible she forgets to text reply the guy. This does happen more than you think, considering the logistics that women, on average, get far more approaches by guys, often several times within the course of a single day, this on top of having to attend to their regular day rigamoro (assuming they've got a life of their own). So yes its entirely possible she is simply TOO busy (too inundated with stimuli and although had the intent on responding may have completely forgotten).

In addition, women, like all other human beings, experience a myriad of emotions thoughout the course of a day, hell even within the course of an hour, a minute... They may be receptive to you one moment, only to be non-receptive the next. Does this mean you should give up? Hell no!

If I wasn't clear in the OP, we're not talking about delays of just a few hours or even a day. We're talking about days/weeks.

If you still "couldn't disagree more", let me ask you a few questions...

1. If a hot girl you are really interested in texts you, how many times have you HONESTLY not responded for days because YOU were too busy???

2. If you text a girl and she doesn't respond, how long do you cling on to the "she's just busy" excuse?

The OP is dead on right, I've had girls call out of work to hang with me. Bottom line is if someone's into you they'll find a way to contact you and meet up with you.
