Pop on over to Sedfast, my home forum.
Nearly all of us are polyamorous, there are married guys who pull it off there. That being said, most of us follow a certain relationship structure in which you don't ever become monogamous with anyone for any reason, with a play-by-play for how the Rules change with fuckbuddys, mLTRs, LTRs (if you want), or Open LTRs.
If you do decide to visit, check out Tubarao's post called The Relationship Rules 2.0
If you're married, you'll want to make damned sure you're keeping all the other girls at Fuckbuddy level and nothing beyond it (unless your wife is OK with you "dating" other girls, which I can only assume she's not).
Also it sounds like you're in an Open Marriage, not "polyamorous" per se but that's pretty much how we define it as well. True polyamory is a different animal, where you actually have multiple girlfriends and stuff that sounds too complicated.
Awesome! checking that out now.
We are a bit of a hybrid between poly and open. We are poly in the realm that we do actually go out and date and build relationships with people (at least from my side), and my wife is ok with that. She is very satisfied with me and has no real desire to go out, but I encourage her to. At this point, I don't believe we would have someone move in with us, but I won't rule out the possibility.
The structure that I believe best suits my needs is my primary (wife) and then a long-term secondary who gets along with my wife and we all spend time together. The rest would just be fb's. I had one similar to this last year that was going very well but life kind of got crazy for all of us and we ended up going our separate ways (my call), plus I felt that I was losing attraction to her.
I'm going out with a girl I met on OKC tomorrow that I'm pretty excited about. She's really interested in the poly life and is enthusiastic about meeting me and eventually my wife (almost too enthusiastic, which raised a red flag but I'm not sure why). My wife also said she seemed "awesome" which is quite... awesome lol. I'm freezing her out right now to build up some anticipation because I'd like for this one to work if the spark is really there.
