I was always the "reliable" fellow, the square, hard working, punctual contributor. When projects swung around, or post tutorial reports, I was there to help the group I was assigned to without fail. My group members, my supposed buddies were too happy to call whenever they needed help.
But now the projects and group works are over and these "friends" don't even bother to return my calls or even send a text.
Just when a guy thought that he was making headway in attaining social respect....
Or maybe I'm thinking too much into this. What are your views on this?

Also, trust your intuition in helping those you know will appreciate what you have to offer and don't extend yourself to those who simply take.
