Would it be a good idea to intentionally get a girls name wrong a few times when you meet just to stir her up? Or would that be offensive?

Make up a nick name for her and use that nick name the whole night. Or calling her by her last name the whole night works well too lol

It's pretty pointless, rude, and shows your lack of attention.
You can say it shows your lack of interest and make her want to qualify, but in reality you just seem like a dumbass who can't remember a name.
Imagine if a girl called you by the wrong name a few times.
In fact, try to use her name more. There's a reason they say our names are the sweetest sounding words to us.

If it's someone you know and her last name doesn't sound stupid when you pronounce it a lot, you COULD do that. Then again, you shouldn't need to neg her if you know her well.
