Hey,

Met this girl, went out one a great date. Lots of things that she seems to do which seem fun, but she also seems like the girl who wants to go out and do bottle service at clubs, and go to fancy restaurants. It isn't about the money because I think she'd even pay, but now she has friends coming into town and wants me to go out with them and do all that stuff.

Honestly she seems fun but nothing like that seems even remotely appealing. I'm not socially awkward and can talk to people in many situations but I don't wanna waste the time hanging out with date's friends until after I get to know them a little, especially since I have limited time.

Advice?

If you don't want to do it, then don't.

Yeah work around it. If you're not into that, you dont have to be. I was in a simialr situation and its HARD to reject warm invites. Invite her to do something solo. You must reject her invite to those meet-the-friends events, or cut it down to a minimum. Invite her on a solo date. Make it great.
